Improving Infection Prevention Behavior through Pray Audiovisual and Hand Washing Health Education during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Covid-19 is an infectious disease that is becoming a pandemic. So far, there is no clinically proven treatment capable of treating this infectious disease. What can be done is to prevent the spread and prevent infection. Prevention of the spread and prevention of infection can be done through the application of pray and hand washing using soap. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pray audiovisual and hand washing on infection prevention behavior. The research method uses a pre-experimental design one group pre-test post-test. The research was conducted at SDIT Al Madinah Pontianak, with a total sampling of 17 respondents. The level of pray behavior and CTPS was measured before giving the intervention through a questionnaire, then measured again after the intervention. There is a difference in the mean of pray behavior and CTPS before (41.35) and after the intervention (44.06) which is 2.71. The Wilcoxon test results show a sig value of 0.139 (p > 0.05). The conclusion of the study, there is no effect of providing pray audiovisual and handwashing on infection prevention behavior
