Anxiety in pregnant women arises because of the threat of death to the mother and fetus due to the health status of the mother and low public awareness about the health of pregnant women. This will have an impact on the physical and psychological of pregnant women. The results of the study used Paired T-Test to assess the 2 mean difference test in the treatment group with a p value of 1.000 (> 0.05) which means that there is no effect of education about danger signs of pregnancy using a pocket book about danger signs of pregnancy on maternal anxiety levels during pregnancy. While the value of the 2 mean difference test using the Independent T-Test between the treatment group and the control group is a p value of 0.867 (> 0.05), which means there is no difference in the treatment group and the control group. Recommendations that can be given are efforts to provide education to pregnant women using the latest health education models through online social media about the danger signs of pregnancy.
